Busy Wife and Mother is CEO of Her Own Home-Based Company

Raquel Wall is a busy wife and mother of four who recently decided to add to her already full schedule a new home-based business. Prior to starting her home-based business, Raquel was a registered nurse for ten years and worked in open heart recovery, the Intensive care unit, and life flight. It was all quite an unforgettable experience, and Raquel doesn’t regret the years of service she gave to nursing.

Raquel was inspired to start her home business a couple years ago, when she was able to realize the dream of many mothers — to become a stay-at-home-mom. Although happy to be at home with her kids, she never lost her desire to be involved in her own business. But Raquel didn’t want to give up the luxuries of getting to see her kids and having a flexible schedule that she had become accustomed to.

What brought Raquel to her home-based business was a chance encounter with her father-in-law, who told her about a new liquid nutritional health beverage that he was taking and how much he liked it. He was adamant that the she and the family try it. Raquel began doing her own research on the new product and ingredients and became passionate about the product almost immediately. When she discovered that the product was being sold through network marketing, she joined as one of the very first distributors for Poga International, LLC and started selling the product right away.

To get her home-based business started, Raquel began having small meetings at her house for some close friends and neighbors. Once she had a few new partners to help her out, she signed up for some trade shows and the business took off from there. To handle the “day to day” with so much responsibility, Raquel schedules appointments when her husband is home and can help with the kids. She makes her telephone calls while the children are napping and the others are at school. After everyone goes to bed, that’s her time to work on the computer.

Raquel’s primary customers come from all walks of life that are open-minded and curious about trying new products. She has been the number one distributor for the product, Poga Moonga, since the pre-launch last May. This mother-on-the-go has risen to the top of her new chosen home-based profession. Says Raquel, “I am basically, the CEO of my own company. Where else could I have ever gotten such a wonderful opportunity?” HBM
