Individuals and Small Businesses Need Cash in a Recession

Businessman Makes a Career of Teaching People How to Profit by Helping These Individuals

    By Home Business Magazine

In 1992, Leland von Syring was a successful restaurateur who was looking for a career change.

Like so many of us, the long hours and time away from his family were beginning to take their toll on him.
With his sights on a better life, Leland began searching for what he later called “the perfect business.” He found a niche when a friend introduced him to a little known business that people simply refer to as “the note business.” The note business consisted of buying, selling, and brokering privately held notes such as: owner financed mortgage notes; court settlements; lottery winnings; and business notes, to name a few. Leland calls this industry the “Cash Flow Industry!”
Leland went full speed ahead into the note business. At first he researched the industry, purchased training manuals, read industry publications, and attended conventions. He then started his own company purchasing privately held notes from individuals throughout the country. His business really took off when he started training others how to work the business so that they could bring notes to his company to purchase.

In 1997, Leland wrote his first training manual titled “Building Wealth Together.” This manual is an industry best seller and should be required reading for anyone serious about becoming a note broker.
During the 15+ years that Leland has been in the Cash Flow Industry, he has had the pleasure of meeting and becoming good friends with most of the private investors who buy privately held notes throughout the country. These good friends inspired Leland to help them in return by introducing and training as many new brokers as he could that would bring these investors business.
Leland created a new program called The Cash Flow Institute that benefits everyone involved (note buyers, sellers, and brokers). The “Institute” is the place where all new brokers can learn the Cash Flow Industry and where they can interact with an industry full of investors that are looking for their business.
At The Cash Flow Institute, beginning brokers are not only taught by Leland but by all of his investor friends, too.
You can learn more about Leland’s new Cash Flow Institute by visiting his site at www.thecashflowinstitute.com. Hopefully, you will become one of the many success stories that Leland is proud to share. HBM
